
If any of our products are damaged or defective when you receive them or if they do not fit properly, we will exchange them for a similar item within 30 days of purchase, at our cost. If we no longer have the same item available you can either pick a new item or request a refund. We will not accept returns on used headwear.
Orders that are custom made (two separate fabrics, three separate fabrics, etc.) are not re-sellable and can not be returned.
If an order that you placed was wrong (example: didn't click on right fabric or item) and you realized when you received it in the mail you will be required to pay a fair re-shipping fee. We ship for free but if something happens that is no fault of our own than we will not re-ship for free.
